Prices displayed on our website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed following physical assessment of your garment. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

While we apply our best expertise to every garment, results cannot be guaranteed. Factors including fabric age, previous treatments, and existing damage may affect outcomes. We will discuss realistic expectations during assessment.
Garments must be collected within 30 days of notification that work is complete. Storage fees may apply after this period. Items uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.
We document the condition of garments upon receipt. We are not liable for damage that existed prior to treatment or for deterioration of already-compromised fibres.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, or civil disturbance.
