Collection Service

For clients unable to visit our premises, we offer collection and delivery within selected areas.

Our courier service covers Greater Leeds, West Yorkshire, and surrounding regions. Garments are transported in protective carriers and handled exclusively by trained staff. Collection can be arranged during your initial enquiry.

For clients further afield, we can recommend secure postal options and provide guidance on preparing garments for shipping.

Standard cleaning typically requires 5-7 working days. More intensive treatments or restoration work may take 2-3 weeks. We will provide a time estimate during your initial consultation.

Do you handle coats other than wool?

While wool is our specialty, we also work with cashmere, alpaca, and other natural fibres. Synthetic or mixed-fibre garments may be accepted depending on composition.
